Shipping
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground service,
FOB Midlothian, Virginia. UPS Ground and Next
Day Air services are available by special request.
Orders normally ship within 24 hours.
Minimums/Payments
Our minimum order is only $50. Orders less
than $50 have a $5.00 processing fee. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. To
apply for terms, email us at customerservice@
or call us. There is a $35 fee on all
returned checks. Virginia customers are required
to provide a signed resale certificate to waive
payment of sales tax on resale merchandise.
Placing Orders
Call us at 1-800-234-7474 between 9 am - 5 pm
EST, Monday - Friday. Orders may be faxed 24
hours a day/7 days a week to 804-744-5125.
You can order online 24 hours a day/7 days a
week on our website - We also
have a national team of sales reps that can assist
you.
Claims for Defective Merchandise
FOIL BALLOONS: We stand behind our
products and you. We will replace or offer
credit towards future orders for foils that are
defective due to the manufacturing process. We
cannot offer credit if the balloon has been cut
open, slashed or punctured, exposed to extreme
temperatures or moisture, or balloons that have
torn necks. Balloons must be returned for credit at
customer’s expense. Balloons deflated by stabbing
will not be credited to your account. Please
contact us for an RA#.
LATEX: No credit is given for individual latex
balloons - only full bags.
PENS: The shelf life of gel pens is approximately
6 months. Any defective or damaged writing
instruments must be claimed within 30 days of
invoice. Pens returned after this time will not be
credited.
RETURNS: All pre-approved returns are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please
call for an RA#.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unfortunately, not all of our costs are within our
direct control and occasionally prices will need
to be adjusted from those in the catalog. We
have assigned each balloon a code so that we
can update pricing as needed. It is the customer’s
responsibility to inquire about price changes
when placing orders. We are not responsible for
printing errors.
