Terms:

must be prepaid before they are processed.
Plate Charge:
All orders will have a plate charge (logos or straight
line type). This is a service charge and does not transfer title of cuts or plates to customer.
Second Side Imprint:
(one color only).
Art Charges:
Fees will be added to all logos that do not meet art requirements.
Message:
Three to four short lines of copy are recommended. Abbreviations, capitalization, and
punctuation will be followed as shown on your order, so please print clearly. Accuracy of phone
orders cannot be guaranteed without written confirmation.
Camera Ready Art:
Black and white artwork printed at least 600 DPI on laser or ink jet printers
is acceptable. Basic touch-up is available by an in-house artist for an additional fee. Artwork is no
longer accepted in jpeg format. Artwork needs to be sent in eps format and needs to be a vectored
image. CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator are acceptable software methods. Standard lead time is 5
working days from receipt of order, artwork, and pre-payment.
Print Directions:
Unless otherwise specified, each balloon is printed to read with the neck down.
Trademarks:
All copy or other material submitted will be accepted
as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark,
service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection.
Delivery Time:
Standard orders will be shipped within 10 working days after
written confirmation, artwork, and pre-payment are received.
Ink Colors:
Black, White, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple,
Burgundy, Gold, and Silver. Black ink is recommended on the Standard Color assortment. PMS color
matching is available at an additional cost.
Small Orders: On orders of 500 or less, customer has choice of one balloon color and one
standard ink color.
